Syntwork differs from general-purpose AI tools by focusing deeply on industry specialization and a high degree of autonomy. Our first vertical is fashion, where we address the need for consistent garment fidelity and brand-specific "vibe" control.

We solve the "AI Complexity Barrier." Coherent visuals typically require stitching together a plethora of different models and mastering complex prompting techniques—a barrier so high it has created a secondary market of people paying for prompts.

Syntwork offers Prompt-Free Automation. Users provide a product image and a brand name; our engine seamlessly orchestrates the entire toolchain—creative direction, coherence, and final asset generation. Today, users focus solely on high-level vision and approval gates, while our engine handles all execution details. Our ultimate vision is to evolve this into fully agent-based, autonomous marketing that creates and manages campaigns with zero human intervention.

Aron brings a decade of hands-on leadership across marketing, technology, and operations. He began his career in agency marketing before rising to CMO and later CMO/CTO and COO of Seferi Group Holding, where he managed 12 operational units and a team of more than 200 employees. In these roles, he handled complex and diverse technical challenges spanning software development, IT infrastructure, hardware systems, and building-level technologies.

His interest in AI-driven marketing started early. In 2020, Aron experimented with TensorFlow and built early prototypes of conversational marketing chatbots — long before generative AI became mainstream. Even then, he recognized that AI would radically transform how brands create and distribute content, though the technology wasn’t yet ready for large-scale production use.

The breakthrough came with the 2024–2025 wave of generative AI. With the ecosystem finally mature enough to support high-quality, reliable production workflows, Aron founded Syntwork in July 2025. His mission is to bring industrial-grade automation to creative pipelines — starting with the fashion sector — and redefine how brands produce visual content at scale.

Current State of Development

Syntwork has completed the hardest part: building a fully operational, end-to-end creative pipeline with enterprise-grade, highly consistent output quality. Today, users can upload a garment and receive multiview photos, coherent video clips, synced music, and a fully auto-edited sequence — all produced within minutes and ready for real marketing deployment.

With the core technology complete, our current focus is on refining the user experience. This includes introducing quality-of-life features such as an intuitive asset library, reusable assets across workflows, improved navigation, and a smoother, more guided UI for complex creation steps.

The foundation is solid, the output quality is already market-ready, and Syntwork is now polishing the experience around it — preparing for a seamless first customer rollout.
